For metal powders packaged in ton bags (such as carbon black, graphite, etc.), a dust-free unloading and automatic conveying solution has been designed. By using a ton bag clamp to achieve a sealed connection with the ton bag unloading port, combined with a double-layer pressure relief dust collection port, dust-free unloading is achieved. A vacuum conveying system is connected to the discharge port via pipelines to convey the material dust-free and sealed to downstream processes. The entire process is controlled by a PLC, ensuring simple and intuitive operation. Additionally, a quantitative feeding system has been developed to achieve uniform and metered feeding.
