Pre-installation Preparation: Ensure the installation site is clean and clear. Inspect the flour supply system equipment (flour storage tanks, conveying pipes, fans, etc.), dough mixers, and related accessories and tools to confirm they are complete and in good condition.
Flour Storage Tank Installation: Secure the flour storage tank in the designated location, ensuring it is installed securely and meets vertical alignment requirements. The foundation brackets connecting the flour storage tank must be treated with anti-corrosion measures.
Conveying Pipeline Installation: Starting from the flour storage tank outlet, lay the flour conveying pipelines according to the design path. Use sealed flanges at pipeline connection points to ensure tight connections with no leaks, and install pipeline support brackets to secure the pipelines.
Fan and Power Equipment Installation: Install the fan and connect it to the conveying pipeline interface. Install the matching motors, variable frequency drives, and other power equipment, complete electrical wiring, and perform insulation testing.
Dough mixer positioning: Move the dough mixer to the designated location, adjust the anchor bolts to level the equipment, and ensure a suitable connection point with the flour conveying pipeline outlet.
Pipeline connection to the dough mixer: Accurately connect the flour conveying pipeline outlet to the dough mixer’s feed port using sealed connection components to ensure smooth flour conveying and no dust leakage.
Electrical system connection: Connect the electrical circuits of the flour supply system and dough mixer, connect to the power source, install control switches, sensors, and other control components, and conduct circuit inspections.
Commissioning and testing: Conduct no-load testing to check the flour supply system’s conveying performance and the dough mixer’s operational status; then perform load testing by adding an appropriate amount of flour, observing flour conveying and dough mixing effects, and measuring equipment operating parameters such as conveying speed and mixing force, making adjustments as needed.
Final inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of installation quality, including equipment operational stability, sealing integrity, and safety, to ensure compliance with production requirements and complete the installation process.
