The electromagnetic lab test sieve uses three-dimensional vibration in conjunction with precision sieve screens to achieve precise material classification. When the equipment is in operation, the motor drives an eccentric block to generate regular three-dimensional vibrations (horizontal, vertical, and throwing movements), causing the sample to form effective relative motion on the sieve screen. Finer particles pass through the mesh under the influence of vibration to achieve classification, while larger particles move along the sieve surface and are ultimately discharged through the discharge port.
