The conical double screw ribbon mixer is a precision blending apparatus widely employed across the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, dye, and plastics industries. The conical double-screw mixer offers broad material adaptability, preventing overheating of heat-sensitive materials. Its gentle mixing action avoids damaging fragile materials (such as crystalline substances), preserving particle integrity to the greatest extent possible. It also demonstrates excellent adaptability for mixing powders, fibers, or flake-like materials.

The counter-current motion of the twin spiral belts ensures that materials achieve exceptionally high mixing precision within a short timeframe, with uniformity exceeding 99%.
Standard products employ either two (one long, one short) or three (one long, two short) asymmetrical cantilevered screw arrangements based on equipment specifications. Through the rotational and self-rotational motion of these asymmetrical screws, materials are repeatedly lifted, generating composite movements such as shearing, convecting, and diffusing within the conical chamber to achieve uniform mixing.
