Specific structure: The linear vibrating screen primarily consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrating motor, motor base, vibration-damping springs, and support frame.
1. Screen box: Fabricated from multiple steel plates of varying thicknesses via welding, it possesses sufficient strength and rigidity, serving as the primary component of the screen machine.
2. Screen frame: Constructed from wood with minimal deformation, it maintains the screen mesh flat and taut to ensure normal screening. For applications with higher density or larger output, a metal screen frame may be used.
3. Screen mesh: Made from stainless steel screen mesh compliant with national standards.
4. Vibrating motor.
5. Motor base: For standard-type screens (where the motor is installed below the screen box), the motor base is movable. Before use, all connecting screws must be securely tightened, especially during the first three days of operation for new screens, to prevent loosening and potential accidents.
6. Vibration damping springs: These prevent vibrations from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the entire weight of the screen box. When installing, the springs must be perpendicular to the ground.
7. Supports: These are made of channel steel and support the main body of the vibrating screen. When installing, the support columns must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steel beneath the two columns should be parallel to each other.
